How to Create Groups in EPS 8.X

Overview: This feature helps you create groups and subgroups and apply a policy to a group. A group includes a number of endpoints and all the endpoints within a group share the same policy.

Applicable Version: EPS 8.x v

Perform the following steps to create a new group and move end points to that group:

  1. Log on to the Seqrite Endpoint Security Web console.
  2. Click Groups.

  3. Click Add Group.

  4. Type a group name in the Group Name text box.

  5. Click Add. The new group is added.

  6. Click Status. Select the endpoint that you need to move. Click Move to Group from the Client Action drop-down list values.

  7. Click Submit.

Assign to Group window appears.

8. Select the desired group to which the endpoint needs to be moved. Click Move.

The endpoint has been added to Group.
