How to Enable Roaming service EPS 8.X
Overview:
Roaming Service allows the EPS clients to interact with the EPS Server when the clients move outside the organisational network.
Roaming Service also allows the EPS clients to carry out the actions which local clients does normally. The EPS roaming client can update their status, fetch policies, perform client actions, send reports to the Server, download latest update from the EPS Server, etc.
Note: The Roaming feature is disabled in EPS 8.2.
Customer needs to enable roaming feature from Seqrite Sales Team OR Seqrite Partners.
Applicable Version: EPS 8.2v
Steps to How to Enable Roaming platform:
1. Log on to the Seqrite Endpoint Security Web console.
2. Go to Configurations > Roaming service.
3. Click on Connect to cloud platform.
4. The Email Address Confirmation dialog appears. Confirm the Email address to receive the OTP. The Email address is of Super Admin.
5. Click Confirm.
6. The OTP will be sent immediately to the confirmed Email address. Copy the OTP from that Email. The OTP is valid for only 24 hours.
7. In the Enter OTP dialog, enter the OTP and Click Verify.
8. After successful verification, Roaming Service connection is established.
Note: An Internet connection is required for using Roaming Service.
