This article will help you in understanding upgrade process for SEM v1.0 to v1.2

Note: There is no Automatic upgrade option available for SEM v1.0. Here by performing complete re-installation we can upgrade the SME Server & Client.

Points to Remember:

1. Before performing upgrade/reinstall, Seqrite recommends back up of  all the data to avoid any issues.
2. All clients needs to be moved to Decryption Policy so all encrypted volumes on all systems will get decrypted.
3. Post this uninstall SEM v1.0 clients from server.
4. Uninstall SEM v1.0 server.
5. Download and install latest SEM v1.2.
