How to reset client settings password in EPS console

This article describes how to retrieve client password from the web console page.

Steps/Procedures:

To retrieve the client password, follow the below steps:

1.Login to your web console page of your appropriate EPS product.

2.A password is been set on client system through policy, so we need to check the policies configured in which the client is present to reset the password.

3. On The Web, console dashboard go to clients & under clients go to Manage policies.

4. If any policy created go to the policy and modify the policy settings.

5. In modify Policy settings go to Client settings, under Client settings go to General settings.

i.e Go to Client > Manage policies > Client settings > General settings.

6. In General settings, we can change the password from Authorize access to the client settings

7. To save your newly set password, click on save the policy.


NOTE: Similar steps can be performed on different policies if created on the console to retrieve the client password.
