Overview: This article describes the process to reset the client password.
Applicable Versions: EPS cloud 1.0 and above
Please follow the below steps:
1. Open the EPS cloud console page. Click on policies and edit policies to make the changes.
2. Navigate to Miscellaneous. From policy settings.
3. Click on client password and enter password.
4. Click on Save policy to save changes.
Note : To reset the Client password belonging to specific group, edit the policy to reset the client password assigned to the specific group.
