Overview:

This article describes about how to upgrade Windows OS to Windows 10 20H1 or latest OS on encrypted endpoint manually using ISO with the steps.

Supported Windows OS Versions :

Desktop OS: Windows 7, 8 and 10 32 and 64 bit (Max version support build 2004)

Server OS: Windows server 2008, 2012 and 2016, 2019 64 bit (Max version support build 1903)

Please follow the below steps:

• Open Command Prompt Run as Administrator.
• Navigate to mounted Windows ISO or extracted ISO.
• Run below command to run Windows Installer. 

Windows 32Bit
Setup.exe /ReflectDrivers "C:Program FilesSEMSeqrite Volume Encryptionx32_win10"

Windows 64Bit
Setup.exe /ReflectDrivers "C:Program Files (x86)SEMSeqrite Volume Encryptionx64_win10"

• Proceed with further Windows upgrade instruction by Microsoft



Note: Disk decryption/encryption will not be required to Windows Upgrade.
