Overview:
This KB will help to fix the HawkkEye portal issue. In any browser, when you log in to the HawkkEye console, some widgets are not displayed.
Description:
When you log in to the HawkkEye console, the dashboard may not show data as expected. Also, the UI labels IdP, Tags, Deployment, and Devices may not be visible in the left menu.
As an example of the issue, refer to the following screenshot.
Fixing the Issue:
To fix the above-mentioned issues, clear the browser cache. To clear the cache, hard refresh the browser.
A hard refresh clears your browser cache for a specific page and loads the most recent version of the page.
This could include new scripts, styles, or features.
Clearing the cache:
The browser-specific options are mentioned here to clear the cache through a hard refresh.
Important: Clicking the "Refresh" button on your browser address bar is not a hard refresh.
