                                                                How To Share Remote Access With Support Tea


Overview:
There are several methods to avail technical support. Some times you may need to share remote access of your computer screen to our tech support team for troubleshooting purpose.
Seqrite have a inbuilt remote access tool which is recommended to share remote access with support team.


Applicable Versions
: EPS clients all versions and EPS cloud clients all versions



Steps to share remote access:  There are two methods of initiating remote support. You can follow any one of them.



Method 1:- Through tray icon


1)
Right click Seqrite icon in system tray/ notification area of task bar.




2) Click “Remote Support

3) License agreement window opens. Click “I agree” to proceed.

4) Remote support support window opens. Here you can see remote ID under “Your ID”. Share this ID to support representative.

5) Now support representative will be able to see and work on your computer screen.

* Please note that the connected remote session would be temporary and you can disconnect it any time by clicking "cancel" button or Close (×) button.









Method 2:- From help section.



1) Open Seqrite client antivirus and click “help” section on top right corner of dashboard.

2)
Click “support” from drop-down list.

3) Support page opens. Click “remote support’ button.

4) On license agreement window click “I agree” to proceed.

5) Remote support window opens. Here you can see remote ID under “Your ID”. Share this ID to support representative. 



6) Now support representative will be able to see and work on your computer screen.
