How to Blacklist or Whitelist particular email Address from policy

Overview: This article will help an Administrator to whitelist or blacklist particular email addresses from Seqrite Email Protection.

Applicable Versions: All EPS versions

Steps:

Step 1: Log in to EPS console and go to Clients > Manage policy. Open the respective Policy (Figure 1):

Step 2: Once the policy is opened, go to Client Settings > Email Settings tab (Figure 2):

Step 3: To whitelist an email address, scroll down in Email Settings and enable the tick ‘Enable White List’ option (Figure 3):

Step 4: Enter the email address that you wish to add to the whitelist and click on Add (Figure 4):

Step 5: Email address will be added to the whitelist (Figure 5):

Step 6: To blacklist an email address, scroll down in Email Settings and enable the tick ‘Enable black list’ (Figure 6):

Step 7: Enter an email address that you wish to add to the blacklist and click on Add (Figure 7):

Step 8: Email address will be added to the blacklist (Figure 8):

Step 9: To remove Email IDs from the list, Select particular email address and click on Delete (Figure 9):

Step 10: Click on the Save Policy to save the changes.
