How to install and configure Seqrite Workspace in mSuite

Overview: This article describes how to install and configured Seqrite Workspace in Mobile device.

Applicable Version: Seqrite mSuite 2.5 and above.

Prerequisite:

1) Seqrite mSuite must be installed on device and it should be connected to Seqrite mSuite Portal
2) Necessary Workspace Policy and Profiles should be assigned to respective Group where the device is enrolled.
3) For Android, Operating system should be Android v6.1 to v10.
4) For IOS, Operating system should be IOS 10 or later.

Step 1:
Login to Seqrite mSuite Console and open the Enrolled Device where Workspace need to installed (See Figure 1):

Step 2: Go to Overview > Workspace > Select Action > Workspace Enrollment Request and click on Submit (See Figure 2):

Step 3: Once the Enrollment Request is send successfully, Workspace will get downloaded on the device and will ask for installation. Click on Install (See Figure 3):

Step 4: Once installation is done, click on Open (See Figure 4):

Step 5: To setup Workspace Management Profile, Click on Proceed (See Figure 5):

Step 6: Click on ‘Accept and Continue’ to create new work Profile (See Figure 6):

Step 7: It will take some time for setting up work Profile (See Figure 7):

Step 8: Once Done, Click on Finish (See Figure 8):

Step 9: Click on Workspace icon to Open (See Figure 9):

Step 10: Click on ‘Allow’ to provide Phone Calls Permissions to Application (See Figure 10):

Step 11: Once the necessary permission is provided, Workspace App will ask to configure Password. Configure the Password and Click on Submit (See Figure 11):

Step 12: Once the Password is set, Workspace is ready to use (See Figure 12):
