Steps/Procedures:
Offline clients can be removed with two types:
1.Manually removal process (Applicable only if license is more than 20 users)
2.Automatic removal process
Manual Client Removal Steps:
1.First log-in to Seqrite End Point Security console page.
2.Click on client status on the console page.
3.Find-out offline clients on the client status.
4.Select offline clients with check mark box and click on ‘Remove Client’ option.
5.The offline client will be removed successfully.
Automatic Client Removal Steps:
First login into Seqrite End Point Security console page and Click on Admin Settings.
2.Go to Client option.
3.Click on the Inactive client and Enable automatic removal of inactive clients.
4.Select the days to remove offline clients after specific days and click Apply.
5.Inactive clients will be removed automatically on applied number of the day.
