Overview:

This article describes steps to report the miss/false categorized URL/Website to Seqrite.

Applicable Version: All Seqrite EPS, EPS cloud (UEM), UTM and Quick Heal Server Edition Antivirus.

Steps to report the Miss categorized website:

1. Browse the link: https://www.quickheal.com/miscat_report/miscat.html

2. Enter the URL which is detecting in miss category, select the Product from the drop down menu, select on “I’m not a robot” and Click on “Show current category”.

3. The current category of the website will be displayed. Click on “Report Miscategory URL”.

4. Enter the required details like Name, Email, Select product, reason for reporting the website, accept the privacy policy, enter the security code and click on “Submit Report”.

5. The message will received as “Request Submitted Successfully”.

Hence in this way we can report the Miss categorized website to Seqrite Team.
