Overview: This article will help the end-user to reset the console’s administrator password in case he forgets or lost the same.

Applicable Versions: EPS 7.x

Step 1: Open the console login page by visiting the console link. (https://Serverip/Hostname:9111) and click on Forget Password.

Step 2: Enter the User name as 'Administrator' and click 'Next'.

Step 3: You will get a prompt with the path to Password Reset Tool.

Step 4: Go to the mentioned path and run the 'resetpwd.exe' file.

Step 5: You will be prompt for Windows authentication. Enter Windows Administrator Credentials and click OK.

Step 6: Enter the new password and confirm the new password on the next window. Click on change password.

Step 7: Administrator password will be reset. You can log in to the console with the new password.
