Seqrite Client Antivirus not getting activated

Overview:

Client Antivirus not getting Activated - 7.60

Applicable Versions: Version EPS 7.60

Steps to resolve the issue:

1) Check if no. of client licenses are free on the EPS console.

If not free, please make it available. (By removing few offline clients not in use or purchase new additional endpoints)


2) Check if Client Agent Service on the client is running and try to restart it.

1. To restart the Client Agent 7.6 service, turn off the Self Protection in Antivirus.

2. After restarting service. Make sure you start Self Protection in Antivirus.


3) Check if Agent server service in Console is running try to restart it. Again restart the Client Agent service on Client antivirus system.

1. To restart the Agent Server Service and Client Agent 7.6 service, turn off the Self Protection in Antivirus.

2. After restarting service. Make sure you start Self Protection in Antivirus.


4) Check if we are able to telnet from client system to server system and vice versa on port no. 5057.

    If it is not able to telnet then allow port no. 5057 in your firewall or check the network configuration.

    Also try to whitelist all the port numbers needed for Seqrite given in link below.
