Getting Started

Welcome to the Help pages for Seqrite Centralized Security Management!

Seqrite Centralized Security Management is an integrated solution that allows the security management of multiple endpoints deployed at different geographical locations. Endpoints may consist of desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices that are registered with Seqrite EPS Cloud, Seqrite mSuite, Data Privacy, or ZTNA products. Seqrite Centralized Security Management is a consolidated security solution that allows existing users of Seqrite EndPoint Security Cloud, Seqrite mSuite, Data Privacy, or ZTNA to access and manage all your subscribed products from one central console of Seqrite Centralized Security Management.

IT administrators from any location can easily connect to Seqrite Centralized Security Management to view the latest security status, count for endpoints on which infection is detected, security violations for policy and applications, view count by Operating System and Agent version for mobile and PC endpoints. You can also view Top 10 Personal Data Classifiers and top 5 blocked applications, names of top 5 users accessing blocked applications from one single dashboard.

Whitelisting URLs and Domains

To ensure uninterrupted communication between endpoints and Seqrite Centralized Security Management (CSM), configure the required URLs and domains as exceptions in your firewall or network security solution.

If SSL inspection is enabled in the network, disable SSL inspection for the whitelisted URLs and domains used by CSM. This is particularly important for environments using mTLS authentication, as SSL inspection can interfere with certificate validation and secure communication.

If SSL inspection cannot be disabled, install a valid Firewall CA certificate on all managed endpoints.

Failure to apply these configurations may result in endpoints not appearing in CSM, showing a disconnected status, or encountering certificate validation errors such as:

"x509: certificate signed by unknown authority"
