Overview:
Reports section on EPS console shows “No Data Available” while trying to fetch any reports.
Applicable Versions: All
Steps to follow:
- Open the Seqrite Antivirus
- Click Settings > Toggle OFF Self Protection > Click OK
- Open services.msc from the Start menu
- Locate Agent server 7.x service and restart the service
- Locate My Sql for EPS 7.x service and restart the service
- Re-login to EPS console
- Click on the Reports Tab on the dashboard
