Overview: This article will guide you on how to troubleshoot the Website access issue via Seqrite UTM

Step 1: Check the site is getting resolved.

On system open CMD and type nslookup and then the site which you want to access.

If it is getting resolved then follow the Step 2. If the site is not getting resolved then check the DNS IP added on the system and add the correct IP and also check IP or MAC is present in User Management for internet authentication.

Step 2: Check live logs to identify if the site is getting blocked via UTM.

Click on Logs and Reports in the top Navigation menu

Click on Internet traffic >>> Detailed Web report >>>>> Live Web Usage

Enter the IP address of the system on which you have site access issue

And check if the site is getting blocked. if it is showing blocked then will be in cross mark.

If the site is getting blocked then check the category and copy the domain and whitelist the site or allow category in the policy or  which you have applied for that IP/user/MAC.

Step 3: If Step1 and Step2 are matching and still site unable to access then check with another ISP if customer have the multiple ISP’s.
