There are three ways to unblock the device which was locked by Anti-theft.
1. Using Administrator mobile number.
2. Using Secret code.
3. Using mSuite web console.
1) Using Administrator mobile number:
Step 1: Send “UNBLOCK” message (SMS) from Administrator mobile number which is shown in blocked screen to mobile number which is available in blocked device.

2) Using Secret code:
Step 1: Open mSuite web console & click on Devices.

Step 2: Select the device which is blocked & click on Action tab as shown in figure no.3

Step 3: Click on Secret code tab as shown in figure no. 4

Step 4: Once you click on Secret code, one 6-digit code will display.

Step 5: Click 5 times on block page and Insert 6 digit Secret code on blocked device.

3) Using mSuite web console:
Step 1: Open mSuite web console & click to Devices.

Step 2: Select the device which is blocked & click on Action tab as shown in figure no. 8

Step 3: Select Anti-theft unblock option from drop-down menu.

Step 4: click on Submit.

Step 5: After clicking on submit, one confirmation windows will open, enter the given captcha & click on Anti-theft Unblock button.

Note: you can check “Unblock device by sending SMS” checkbox if registered SIM is available in blocked device.
