Type: External

Overview:
This Article helps users to onboard Seqrite EPS Cloud License/30 Days Trial license with Two-Factor Authentication process. Seqrite has introduced Two-Factor Authentication process to ensure more safety to your account and data.

What is Two-Factor Authentication?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is the most common type of multi-Factor implementation that pairs two types of distinct evidence for validating the entire process of log-ins.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security system that requires two separate, distinct forms of identification to access Seqrite HawkkEye products. The first factor is a password and the second is a verification code sent to your smartphone.

Why we have introduced 2FA authentication?
Two-Factor Authentication ensures that even if one of the factors has been compromised or leaked, the other factor blocks hackers/criminals from accessing your account, thereby minimizing the risk of data theft.

Prerequisites:

  • System with an Internet connection
