How to enable Roaming Service in EPS 8.1

Overview: This article will help to configure the Roaming feature for Roaming clients in Seqrite Endpoint Security (EPS).

Applicable Version: SEQRITE Endpoint Security 8.1

What is Roaming Service in the EPS console?
Roaming service allows interaction of EPS Clients with the EPS Server via Seqrite Cloud when the clients are outside the organizational network.

Fresh Installation / First time User

To configure Roaming feature for Roaming clients, follow these steps:
1. Log on to the Seqrite Endpoint Security Web console.
2. Go to Configuration > Roaming Service.
3. To Register for Roaming Service, click Connect to Cloud Platform button.

4. A confirmation message appears. Click OK.

The Server is registered for Roaming Service successfully.

Note: This is a one-time process.

Reactivation

In case of reinstallation of EPS console, reactivation of roaming services will be needed.

If you have reactivated Seqrite Endpoint Security, follow these steps.

1. Log on to the Seqrite Endpoint Security Web console.
2. Go to Configuration > Roaming Service.
3. To Register for Roaming Service, click Connect to Cloud Platform button.

4. Verify your Email Address and click Confirm.

5. Copy the OTP which is sent at the registered Email Address. Enter OTP to verify Email Address.

6. Roaming Service will be Enable, keep the toggle button to ON.

To Deploy Roaming Client, follow bellow steps:
Go to Deployment Option > Online Installer > Select Minimal Option. Click on Download Icon.

8. Run minimal.exe to install Roaming Client Antivirus.

Note: This is a one-time process.
